Peppermint Espresso Toddy Recipe:
Yields 1
1 ounce peppermint schnapps
1/2 ounce dark crème de cacao
1 tsp crème de menthe
1-2 shots freshly brewed espresso*
steamed milk
1 peppermint stick (we used Hammond’s peppermint cocoa stirrers)
*You may substitute the espresso with freshly brewed coffee.
Instructions:
Pour the liqueurs and espresso into a coffee glass and fill with steamed milk. Top with milk-foam, stir with peppermint stick and serve hot.![]()
